Fine wire diathermy

Fine wire diathermy uses a fine needle-like device to transfer heat to the skin, to treat a variety of skin concerns. These include seborrhoeic keratoses, sebaceous hyperplasia, skin tags, milia and fine blood vessels. A small scab may develop after treatment which resolves within a few days. Scarring is uncommon.
